Bad things first as usual.. Officially failed a core module's common test.. 5qn, 20marks each, only know qn1, qn3 do wrongly.. the rest dunno how to do.. so F9.. Fucking Shoulder injury still there dun wan to leave.. I lazy go see doctor.. waste time, waste money, sure say go see X-rays, tick tick tock tock here and there then tell u fracture b4 right? Why take so long then come.. I also can be DOCTOR lorr.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today got AGM a.k.a. Annual General Meeting of NPDB.. this means the passing down of leadership.. We got a new president, new VP, new committee.. dunno good or bad =P... Also dunno whether wanna stay put or not.. now that I got a failed common test.. and its gonna be tough, strenuous... not sure whether my "mental speaks" will continue to drive me or not.. SURE, it will be fun to tekkan all the new year 1s... but.. at the cost of wad? lol.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Christmas has pass, New Year coming.. shld I have RESOLUTIONS? sigh.. I always have this thinking.. I mean.. busy la.. For upcoming events, we have Friday's Foundational Chemistry Test, next Thursday's Computer Programming test and on the 21st, 22nd of November, there is the Singapore annual River Regatta..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its been a hectic week for me.. lots of work, lectures, tutorials, practicals, and training to do and catch-up.. trying my best not to play so much now.. but its hard not to stray.. doing my best to focus on my studies, and the upcoming race.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Currently suffering from a injury to the shoulder.. and a long dry cough.. causing much problems to my schedule.. a injury to the shoulder means cannot push as hard for training.. while a long dry cough means that I will be coughing my balls out frequently..  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is so many things, so little time.. to really enjoy what I want to do.. all my sleep, my gunbound, my dota, my novels, my manga, food and time with frends and family.. I really need more time.. Firstly.. it was not as tough as it shld be.. OTHER than the pull-ups.. which I cannot even do.. even as I type.. Fuck it.. On the first day.. we reported at the grandstand at 1000am, after-which we book into the old childcare center.. We did some circuits, lunges, statics.. etc.. all that bring me to a new level. Lunch sucks..( non of the food was nice.. ) we had games.. and even the water version of captain's ball.. which we confirm lose due to it being juniors versus seniors.. and most of us even got our underwear/boxers torn.. into shreds.. and mine leave a painful mark at _____... We had dinner, and night run with medicine balls.. imagine holding it up above ur head and runnning with it, stopping occasionally to do statics such as pumps, crunches, flutter-kicks, leg raises, jumping jacks; all without allowing the ball to touch the floor.. and we ended the day with MORE pull ups which I cannot do.. most of it... Lights out.. Day 2 begin with most of us eating a slice or two of bread for breakfast.. after which was pull up (again) and we were off for our double session rowing. tiring..... night was scary.. we tot we were to do the Rifle Range running with medicine ball.. but it turns out to be a prank night.. we then had an early night at ard 2100.. Next morning.. we had the last rowing session of the day.. one of the best day.. cuz we were in the SDBA heavy rowing boat and yet we managed to be on par with one of the senior's boat.. We were of cuz happy.. while the seniors get F-ed by coach.. I mean.. Well of cuz I feel sad for them.. but on the other hand, I was happy for our boat.. we did our best afterall.. Camp ended at 1500pm =D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;School started the next day.. boring.. Communication Toolkit... but at least the teacher was interesting =D... went to gym after which.. Tues had training.. but I did not go.. had family dinner.. Wednesday.. went home straight after class.. sweep, mop.. etc b4 spamming computer =D Thurs.. training again.. ran ran ran ran ran ran... all running and the dreaded pull ups.. srsly cannot pull la.. then tio gan... Friday.. had elective-foundation of chemistry.. then break and then 3hrs of computer programming.. not bad..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saturday.. slpt at 0100am.. woke up at 0700am.. went for training.. for run.. we did sprints and swissside.. tiring sia.. after which we went to row.. not good at all.. less than 20 juniors turned up.. infuriated the coach more than once.. went home after which... and now computering once again =D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tmr or rather now.. is my birthday.. but I doubt no1 bothers.. really.. thx to whoever that wishes me.. have a nice day urself.. cuz I really appreciated it.. well.. gonna get my ass up in 7hrs 45mins.. to go for training once again.. Getting a grip! on myself</title><content type='html'>Training.. as usual, was not easy.. Today, they stepped up warm-up.. Instead of the usual 100push-ups, we did an additional 50.. Woohoo.. I am glad I can do it.. And for crunches.. I make one stupid mistakes and cause everyone to do another 51.. Next up was 3rounds around the track.. I do not understand why I could not control my breathing.. and was thus running too slowly.. We had chin-ups next.. I could finally did like 8? all by myself? First 8 only and the rest of the sets was fucked-up seriously.. Next on the agenda was gym.. everything was new.. We did endurance instead of heavy.. which means 12reps each of biceps curl, upright row,cling and jerk, military press and military press cum squats.. Now.. doing at 7.5kg per side.. I was already screwed.. I am so darn disappointed with myself.. After which we had a 10mins break.. and I tot we were to run and run and run but to my amazement, not so.. we had a talk.. long talk.. but one that woke me slightly from my slumber.. Had dinner with the guys and thus home..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Getting a grip! of myself is another totally different thing.. As I have mentioned in the previous post.. many things happened, and me having no chance to influence them.. I guess in work, its back to me going back to day1, where I will have to learn who are going to be the new in-charge, with something different being that there are lots of people I know already. Just like in life, at least after having a talk with Anthony, I feel like lesser a  wrecked.. He mentioned that being emotional will not make a girl I like come to me.. how true.. so perhaps I will just take it slowly.. do nothing at the moment.. So.. stay low profile, help her whenever I can and just be content =D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With these things in check, I guess I have to put my priorities right, first being training harder to get my seat in the November's Regatta Race.. There is an upcoming DragonBoat Camp starting tomorrow, which is going to end by Sunday 3pm.. It was promised to be hard, fun and shag. We all know what our President and Vice President can do.. and so that is what I am really afraid of..&lt;br /&gt;Second is my studies.. I dun think 3.66 for GPA is good soo.. I guess I am gonna do better then.. Perhaps an AD for next sem's Foundation of Chemistry?? and AD for EG2, and not having a C this time.. Blog Update!</title><content type='html'>Have not been sleeping enough as usual.. Like 2hrs on Friday and 4hrs on Saturday.. Simply tired of certain things now.. Life have not been good.. considering all that have happened within these few days.. I guess I am the weak one.. not being able to handle all that comes rushing upon me..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Friday.. had work at 5pm.. Cocktail and a standing buffet for IBM along with Agnes and XinRong.. had some fun.. slacking off occasionally, drinking and eating =D.. turned over for Saturday's event after that.. just rolled up tables, chairs and set the table cloth.. After which, we are off to the ballroom to help the people there.. It was chaotic.. with guests still hanging around, delaying time in which we could have clear at least ballroom 2.. and oh.. the couple actually knows of the actress 黄惠 but Junjie who was in-charge of her table says she very "刀". Turned ballroom 1 for City Mission.. while ballroom 2 and 3 for buffet breakfast. Ended at 0130am and went home.. prepare a 1.5litres pet bottle of honey water of the seniors.. went online b4 sleeping at 0350am..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saturday.. woke up 2hrs later at 0620 for SAVA at bedok.. was super-tired but managed to get my ass there before 0800am.. Had a jog and then the rest of the day was just running to the shoreline to watch the races or just plain chatting.. It rained and it was super cold.. Lunched with the rest at one of the kopitiam at bedok opposite Temasek Polytechnic.. Bus-ed home at T1 taking 65.. a uber long ride that took 1.5hours.. Went to work after which.. totally drained of my energy only to get whipped again at work.. No OT today.. rested early at 0200am.. after going online..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday.. woke up at 0630 instead.. changed, wash-up and just rush out of the house.. reached slightly earlier than the day before.. SAVA again.. but today more sian.. was even more tired.. but that physically.. had a jog again and then it was off to the races.. was not selected in team B but its understandable.. I was not as good as the ones being selected.. Its the fact and I accept it.. It just means that I got to do better.. in order to be selected..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are many changes happening in MM, a place I am a growing fonder of.. Too many till it feels like I am a little torn.. Wilson, Eddie leaving.. Henry and Joseph.. Now dunno what else to do.. Wilson and Eddie.. I respect both of them the most as Captains.. Always there to solve things, manage the events.. although I always do things wrongly, or slowly.. They just scold me.. And Wilson.. Although same name.. I have never been able to reach his standard.. not close at all.. glad to be even able to be associated with him.. Now.. just perhaps hope the new captains are good, people smart, friendly and able to handle things the way Wilson and Eddie does.. or else..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just thinking bout her.. and it makes me more lonely.. I wanted to tell but opportunities were always far from me.. SMS seems insincere, calling makes it no feelings.. so I wanted to tell her face to face, serious and have a proper convo.. I am now suffering from aches wherever possible.. neck, shoulders, biceps, arms, calves, back, chest.. All these are cause from training too much.. exercise too much.. too much punishments.. Not that I mind them.. but I am just a frail little boy -.-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Had land training on tues.. attendance for juniors was 21-22... which means... we had ard 10+ juniors pon-ten training due to laziness, reasons, excuses or some really real excuses such as funerals.. etc.. I have make up my mind since last Sunday to attend all trainings possibles.. And so.. I have had.. Attended Saturday's, Sunday's, Tuesday's land training, ytd's Waterworks... and am sooo gonna go for waterworks later again.. but my body is so sore I dun felt like going..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Have work on Friday and Saturday nights.. All MCT... Dun like MCT.. Cuz got steps.. and the worst is the congested spaces within the different tiers... and the flight of 14 steps...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is the SAVA sprints on Saturday and Sunday at Bedok Reservoir.. not sure the timing but I hope it will not be that early.. Most probably had to take MRT there cuz bus journey will take an approx of  2hrs.. Hope NPDB get a beautiful position in the race.. so that the seniors will be less harsh on us..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now again.. the problem with girls... complicated creatures.. When you think you understand them.. you think you do.. but give us one seconds and we are back to square one.. trying to understand what they want... Slept like a pig till late afternoon of ard 3pm.. had brunch, then went back to sleep.. Dinner was ultra late at 11pm++ haiz.. but at least the fever subsided..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thursday&lt;br /&gt;Woke up at ard 1pm?? Was feeling tired but nevertheless turned up for training as I felt bad being unable to turn up for previous two trainings.. Work on our Hard Six along with some fast stroking.. went to the nearby coffeeshop for dinner with Jarrold and gang.. Home and rest early.. for I had work the next day at 8am..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Friday&lt;br /&gt;Woke up at 5.45am.. Wash-up and then prepare for work.. Breakfast was surprisingly relax.. perhaps due to many staff?? Had lunch at the cafeteria which comes along with a oven baked mooncake with lotus paste stuffing.. I must say thats its not too bad..compared to the one my father baked.. Since its Friday.. there is the usual treat of ice-cream =D&lt;br /&gt;Went back to the ballroom to setup for the night's Dinner and Dance(D&amp;amp;D).. Was rather rush.. All the morning staff had to leave for dinner at 7pm in the end.. way too late compare to other days.. But in this line.. there is no fixed timing so... Wasn't given a table surprisingly so I had to be ballroom 3's drink sever.. there is so many guest.. that if all was to drink 2 mouthful of whatever they are drinking.. I had to walk at least a hundred times to the bar.. After that was asked to go up to the 8th floor to help Ravi setup and clear.. not that bad.. Went home early to rest..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saturday&lt;br /&gt;Woke up late.. FML.. was suppose to woke up at 0730 so that I can go running.. who knows I woke up at 0810.. Rush over to SDBA.. and was lucky that I was on time for sea-rowing =D...&lt;br /&gt;It was tough.. dunno why.. all our Hard Six was weak in the second hour of the training.. perhaps we were tired.. I was not to say.. Pacers are not easy to be.. considering that I am usually in the middle pack.. Was shag totally after training.. Went home and ate maggi mee.. b4 rushing to work at 1600..&lt;br /&gt;NEARLY MAKE HEAD-NEWS AT ORCHARD ROAD TODAY.. AS I WAS IMPATIENT..I CHOSE TO JAYWALK WITHOUT REMEMBERING THAT ITS A TWO WAY ROAD.. TAKING MY FIRST STEP OUT.. A CAR HIT ME CAUSING INJURY TO MY FINGER'S BRIDGE AND ELBOW.. IF I WAS TO RUN OUT.. AND NOT WALK OUT.. SURE I DIE.. A LADY STILL SCREAMED OUT WHEN SHE TOT I AM TO BE KNOCK DOWN... if u think I lying.. then I nothing to say...&lt;br /&gt;Dinner wasn't really nice.. but I was suppose to do bar.. so it wasn't that bad.. or so I tot.. Was pulled out to do service.. FML!!!! but in the end was chosen to be a runner for the Bridal and VIP table.. First time so I had to ask the two VIP-IC to teach me.. I must say I learnt quite a lot.. Being a VIP runner is not easy yet not hard.. Must keep running to the kitchen.. and back again.. but its fun.. hahas...&lt;br /&gt;As usual.. work OT today.. not as difficult as usual.. rather slack... and even earn 10dollars as tips when the groom tip one of the two VIP severs.. and Cheryl Loh divided it halfway as I was their runner..&lt;br /&gt;Now blogging.. and have not bathe and tmr need to wake up by 0800... Totally dun like working with richard.. sometimes I felt like breaking off his old wrinkled head.. Nevermind that.. Learnt how to fill in the bar function order, clean the draft beer machine, and part of Sunday's City Mission =D As usual.. Work OT till 0130am.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Sunday&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Went for training.. Attendance was lousy as usual.. 15 people.. darn sad.. Farhan almost cried.. lips quivering.. Coach Ah huat.. was so sad.. he told Xian Han to coach us instead... Darn..&lt;br /&gt;We train with lugging tires under the water surface.. It was hard as expected.. but not as I expected till the boat took nearly 20++ minutes to move across a surface we would usually take 10mins.. It was off to work at 5pm for bar.. Learn wad to do when I got there.. HOWEVER.. was ask to go to Mandarin Ballroom to do servicing as there were not enough people helping out.. Got paired up with a TCC new comer which work for the fifth time.. I was totally screaming "FML" inside of me.. Dun even wanna talk about it.. OT tilled 0230am.. having work at 0700am that same morning.. hardcore huh? Slept at 0430am cuz Leoncia.. dun wan sleep.. so chat with her at the sofa outside the hotel room then went off to slpt.. at 0430am&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Monday&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Woke up at 0620.. and went off to bathe.. really need that fucking water to clear up my mind.. met with leoncia at the cafeteria for breakfast b4 proceeding up to the Mandarin Court.. I work meeting for the second time.. and it was crappy shit.. totally have no idea of what to do... Where's Agnes.. had dinner at 1900pm.. Lucky for me.. I went to Ballroom 3 to set-up for the next day's coffeebreak with SJ,Anthony, Wei zhen.. Although its really only me and SJ doing the setup... OT againnnn!!! ( Crazed ) till 0130am in the morning.. and there's work at 0700..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Tuesday&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Overslept today.. due to that mouthful of brandy I had earlier? Captain Shirley call my home at 0810 to ask if I am working.. I totally blank out.. look at the time.. and stone for a few seconds.. Supposed to work at 0700.. in the end... I start at 0900... Arggg!!!! Work in Ballroom 1 for ard 0.5hrs for the buffet breakfast.. before joining Agnes at ballroom 3 for the coffeebreak.. Lucky got pro- Agnes, if not I sure die again.. Was sick since sunday after training.. But it got so much worse at ard noon time.. where it got cold and hot... body hibernate for 1hr or so.. Woke up at ard 0545 for work at 0700 at the Mandarin Ballroom.. Buffet breakfast was not so fun today.. considering all the work I had to do.. clearing, setting, clearing, setting etc.. But the best part was having breakfast with Shijie, Junjie and Liao Chuang.. after which began the tough part of banquet services.. turnovers.. Imagine setting ballroom 1 for buffet dinner.. preset ballroom 2 and 3 for some NTUC event which will house ard 700 people which means..700 chairs.. in theatrical style.. It sucks core..&lt;br /&gt;Didnt really get to do the buffet dinner as supposed as JJ and I was called to set up Mandarin Court for breakfast today.. took me eternity to even set.. Cha bor's work and I sianz.. rather clear off partition then do setting lorrr...&lt;br /&gt;Haiz.. end work at 0030 and cab home.. now at home.. waiting a while, writing this entry.. and then off to LaLaLand... and there's still work tmr... as a Barman at the Ballroom..&lt;br /&gt;Anyways.. Just three days ago.. was my dear mum's birthday.. and where was I? I was working.. from 7am all the way till 1.30am.. Not even a single wish came from me to her.. Never-mind that now that its over.. I promised to create a future where she will live comfortably without any troubles in her later part of her life, to make it up to both mum and dad..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today's training was nice.. we trained for the race.. although it was a much much shorter course of 100metres. We took an average of 29++ seconds everytime.. clocking a best of 28.9s.. Although it was rather disappointing, we now know how much we must push ourselves.. 来阿， this boat..6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. The fact that we are not clocking a time of 25s is due to the fact that we are not totally focus.. I must admit though I have had some slip-up(s) during training.. Not being able to run due to injury.. I had done statics with Keith.. A circuit of 2mins table top, 200crunches, 2mins shoulder endurance, 1min squats and 30counts scissors kicks.. for 3 sets each..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reached home first thing I did was to call my boss to book for next week's schedule.. Totally crazy schedule... cuz I will be working 6x nxt week with training taking up 5x... OMG!!! Gave up the previous blog for personal reasons which I have had not been able to put down.&lt;br /&gt;Now, to start, I will have to introduce myself for those who do not know me.. I am a regular boy, aged 16.. soon to be 17.. studying in Ngee Ann Poly, Biomedical Engineering; scored 3.66 for my GPA for the first sem.. which is rather good.. More than I asked for, considering that I played a deal too much during lectures and tutorials. I love my work, my friends at work. I am currently working in Meritus Mandarin down at Orchard Road; in between Cinne and Taka, as a service waiter for functions such as buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, D&amp;amp;D and weddings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now.. more about today.. Woke up rather early than most did in the holidays at 9.45am for my CCA which is NPDB or Ngee Ann Poly DragonBoat. Was late due to road diversion at suntec city for Grand Prix F1. Rowing was rather tough today.. more so due to an aching punching arm or punctured arm.. It was a long 2hour rowing session.. and there is still training tmr..
